Demand for the Car rear view camera
Car rearview camera gives the same feeling as you are having eyes in the back of your head. These small devices, usually the size of a button, are placed on the external body of a vehicle and provide real-time video for the driver of anything which is happening outside.
Engineers have designed the first Car rear view camera as there was lot of blind spots while driving a vehicle, during earlier periods such camera were used by large construction vehicles and heavy mining equipment to help the driver with rear vision. The vehicles and dump trucks used on strip mines are so huge, rear visibility is not possible at all and while the work they have to go to reverse so many times in a day it was becoming a serious problem for the large vehicles as they were not able to see the back portion of the vehicle to fight with this deficiency small Car rear view camera were fitted at the rear of the vehicles which provided videos on the monitor placed on the dash board of the vehicle.
Automobile manufacturing companies also started to follow the same method and started offering rearview camera. While today there are mechanism which offers 360-degree view, but most of the Car rear view camera display only what's behind the vehicle and that is the need of a Car rear view camera.

Wireless Car rear view camera
The Color Camera: The mechanism comes with a 2.5-inch LCD wireless color monitor. The monitor has all the controls similar to our television like for brightness and contrast but the unique feature is that you can toggle the view normal image to a mirror image.
The License-Plate Car rear view camera: This camera is fixed either at the top or bottom of the license plate of your vehicle. This is not wireless so the power should be wired. There are two options of usage for this type of camera one is you can use it only when you are using reverse gear and the other is that you can use it all the time while you are driving.
Working of Car rear view camera mechanism
A Rearview camera actually capture images and shows it on the screen but whatever you see is the mirror image and it is done so that you can have the proper display but actually the capture images are the opposite. If the images are not mirrored then you will not be able to make out whether which side you should turn while going in reverse direction.
The majority of Car rear view camera that is mounted on vehicles is powered by the car's battery; usually the Car rear view camera and screens are used or activated when the vehicle is in reverse gear.
